Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Blackwerk Garage LLC ("Blackwerk", "we", "our", or "us"), a company duly registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website, booking a service, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Blackwerk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Blackwerk Garage LLC offers the following services to individuals and businesses in Dubai and the wider UAE:

• Premium hand car wash and exterior detailing
• Full interior and exterior deep cleaning
• Paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coating
• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation and custom vehicle wrapping
• Window tinting using premium films
• Sale of premium car care products (online and in-workshop)

All services are performed by trained professionals using certified, high-grade products. Blackwerk does not guarantee results beyond the scope agreed at the time of booking.

Bookings may be made via our website contact form, WhatsApp, telephone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

When submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate information, including your full name, valid contact number, vehicle details (make, model, year), and the service(s) requested.

Blackwerk reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking at its sole discretion, including in cases of vehicle condition not meeting service prerequisites, force majeure, or operational constraints.

Confirmed bookings constitute a binding service agreement. Clients are expected to arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is granted; thereafter, the booking may be rescheduled or forfeited.

All prices displayed on the website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments may be accepted via cash, bank transfer, or other methods communicated by Blackwerk at the time of service. Online product purchases require full payment at checkout.

Blackwerk does not store or process payment card details directly. All online transactions are processed through secure, certified payment gateways.

Promotional offers and discounts are valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at Blackwerk's discretion.

No-shows without prior notice will be recorded and may affect the client's ability to make future bookings.

Refunds for completed services will not be issued unless a verified service failure is established through our quality review process. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.

For product purchases, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Blackwerk will exercise the utmost care when handling client vehicles. However, Blackwerk shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or imperfections not documented at intake
• Damage resulting from defective or non-standard vehicle components
• Loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle
• Mechanical or electrical failures arising during or after the service unrelated to our work

A vehicle intake inspection form will be completed prior to commencing any service. Clients are encouraged to review and sign the inspection report. Proceeding without signature constitutes acceptance of the vehicle's documented condition.

Products sold through the Blackwerk website or workshop are sourced from authorized distributors. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change by manufacturers.

Blackwerk does not accept liability for any damage resulting from the improper use of products purchased. Instructions provided with each product must be followed carefully.

All content on the Blackwerk website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of Blackwerk Garage LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Blackwerk's total liability to any client for any claim arising from or relating to the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Blackwerk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
